Depending on the products ordered, their weight and size, the following delivery methods are available (prices subject to change). Delivery charges are payable by the customer and will be specified when the order is confirmed.

TRACK MY ORDER
All orders placed from Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation.
You can track the status of your order in your personal space in the "Orders" section at any time. Once your order has reached "dispatched" status, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your parcel, which will enable you to follow the progress of your parcel on the carrier's website.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
SPOT is a young company and is not yet able to handle customer returns.
Returns procedure : from the date of receipt of your parcel, you have 14 days to change your mind. Please have your order number ready and contact us at spot@spot-store.fr. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return will be at your expense. Any proof of sending the return must be kept until the refund has been processed.
Refund procedure : we will process the refund using the same payment method as the original order.
Processing your return: we will send you an email as soon as your return and refund have been processed, within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive your package. The indication of a delivered parcel on the tracking of your return is proof of its receipt.
THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED

Don't forget to attach photos of your damaged product to your message, as this will help us to offer you the best possible solution.
If the damage is confirmed by SPOT, we will refund the product.
